West Shelby is not affiliated with Shelbyville Municipal, North Shelby and East 60 water companies. Please do not make payments for those offices through this website. Also, an accurate water account number (entered without dashes) will be needed in order to pay online.
Fill out the Bank Authorization Form for monthly withdrawals from your bank, or submit your payment through the link above.
All payments received online will not be posted for up to 48 hours to your account. If the payments are made on weekends or Holidays it could take even longer than 48 hours. If you want to make sure your payment is posted to your account prior to the 11th (the date penalties are applied), please put a check or money order in the night drop or make your payment in person on or by the 10th of the month.
If your service has been disconnected you can make your payment online but, you MUST notify one of the office employees at 502-722-8944 to have your service reconnected. You must have a valid payment confirmation number to schedule your reconnection – this number will be provided to you after you submit your payment. A service fee of $50.00 will be charged for all reconnections and needs to be paid with your payment before your water can be turned back on. An additional fee of 25.00 will be charged for any reconnection made between 4:00 and 9:00 p.m. No reconnections will be made after 9:00 p.m.
Online payments do not extend time for payments on any past due amounts. Partial payments will be processed but will be subject to delinquent action if not paid in full by the due date...you MUST contact office personnel to make a payment arrangement.
Your Account # can be found at the upper left corner of your water bill.
Please be sure you are paying the correct water company. Shelby County also has Shelbyville Municipal and North Shelby and we are not affiliated with those companies and cannot take payments for those offices.
