West Shelby Water District has partnered with Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA) to offer protection to customers for the water and sewer service lines that connect their homes to the district’s system.
MONTHLY MEETING
West Shelby Water has a monthly meeting held the 3rd Thursday of every month at 8:30 am in the office located at 137 Citizens Boulevard Simpsonville KY.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR SERVICE...
If you are moving to an existing home within the West Shelby Water District's territory, you will need to sign a contract, pay a $8.00 service fee and a refundable $100.00 deposit prior to establishing service.
Back up Generators
After suffering power outages over the past 5 years from wind storms and ice, West Shelby Water has installed back up generators at our pump stations.
